One Luz tariff

This promotion is not valid in Ceuta or Melilla. Electricity tax (5.11269632% or the minimum amount of €0.5/MWh or €1/MWh, as applicable) is added to the price. VAT (21%), IGIC (Canary Islands 0% or 3%, and 7% as applicable) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla: 4% or 1% as applicable) are added to the result. The prices also include the regulated cost associated with the social bonus financing mechanism: Fixed customer charge (supply) of €0.012742/day (Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €0.01620663/day; Canary Islands: €0.01339331/day for national customers with power under 10 kW, and in all other cases, €0.01379573/day; Ceuta and Melilla: €0.01352785/day; all amounts include taxes applicable as of the effective date of these prices).

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider. Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If any changes occur, you will be notified at least one month in advance. You may then choose to terminate the contract without penalty, switch to another Endesa tariff, or sign up with a different energy provider.

If you have a different tariff than the One Tariff, you can switch to the One Tariff without any problem. However, if you already have the One Tariff, you cannot unsubscribe and sign up for it again.

The One Luz Tariff contract lasts for one year and is automatically renewable.

If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you cannot sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa, we offer the Endesa Solar Tariff, tailored specifically for you.

• A 10% discount on electricity consumption for 1 year.
• An extra 10% discount on electricity if you sign up for a 1-year commitment.

Simply switch to Endesa. You will receive your credit in the form of points within the PARA TI programme, which you can redeem each month for savings on your bills. PARA TI is Endesa's loyalty programme where, in addition to this advantage, you will find benefits with partner companies and access to exclusive prize draws.

Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with the promotional code for your reward and instructions on how to validate it. You must validate this code within the PARA TI programme, in the ‘Promotional codes’ section, under ‘Earn points’. Don't forget to download the Endesa Customers App and register for the PARA TI programme.

Once you have validated the code within the PARA TI programme, you will receive your points in your wallet. You can redeem them each month in the ‘Redeem points’ section. From there, you can select the voucher (only one, from those available to you) with the discount you wish to apply to your next bill (maximum €20 per month) and apply it to any of the services you have contracted.
